港大就唔知，中大在學費中扣除，逐個學期扣！

交了上學期學費後，HKU會自動轉賬一半給你；另一半，會在交下學期學費後收到。

If he/she is good enough to be recognised, why bother? It should be him/her to find it out.

My son had it six years ago, and I didn't care when would he receive and spend as it was an occasion that he had to learn how to manage his wealth even from day one that it wasn't even there.

In reality, how to collect the debt due is an art itself.
