Any expertise private tutor recommended?

I have similar experiences as I am a private tutor for Business. I have found that few students of International School seem to be unable to write good/proper English. My colleague advises me that the teachers in these school do not enforce them to write proper English thus some of them cannot present in good English. May I hear your comments ?

This is true. They are quite causal in content structure. They allow random and informal.

My present problems are, I have provided a private tuition to a student who will take GCE A Level next year. He can only write 4 - 5 words instead of a complete sentence to answer a question. I think his writing skill / habit were not monitored or rectified when he was in junior class in the school. Now I wonder how he could answer the easy questions in future examination !

There is a typing mistake in my previous statement. The last part is " essay question " instead of easy question. Sorry.

感謝提供意見。這學生現已不在一正規中學上課。他私人補習。本人懷疑他受父母和以前老師放任，做成今天情況。

還有一點補充，他曾考IGCSE, 已合格，故預期考 GCE A Level. 所以本人估計 IGCSE的評分是十分寬鬆的。
