Is ESF straightly follow the catchment area rule? Can we apply the ESF that is closer to our home (though we are not in that catchment area)?

i think we can only apply the esf which the address we provide belongs to

but i found that for example bhs, school bus service is available for kln station which in fact belongs to kjs zone, guess maybe ppl who actually live on kln station can provide the address proof needed in the bhs zone too

Don't think those who living in Kowloon station can apply both school. The school zone will change from time to time. My apologies I didn't check with the latest information from the web site before answering your question. Checked from the following website that kowloon station now belongs to BHS school zone

I'm this is under kJs and I thought this definition includes Kowloon station?

Yes, this definition included kowloon station. And kowloon station was belongs to Kjs's zone before. Seems that the zone changed & Kowloon station is belongs to BHS's zone now. I'm not sure about this, you can call the school admin to clarify.
