請問現讀生家長可以分享下老師們是否有愛心？小朋友返學開唔開心？是否亞洲裔及本地家庭多？新校舍你們覺得設施有冇地方需要改善？Thanks a lot

I am K2 parents. The school is fabulous and teachers are well equipped with early education knowledge. We attended Victoria before moving to ESF. ESF much better. Westernised education is not the same as traditional Asian style education. They teach students skills rather than paper knowledge which I appreciated a lot.

my friend's kid are K2 too. I heard this mummy's comment is very positive and the kindergarten is nice and clean. She told us Tung Chung ESF is way better than Tsing Yi ESF. And her kid also got accepted by SJS in the first round. I think the quality is same as other ESF kindergartens.

Hi, I live in Tsing Yi and I will apply ESF K1 for my daughter this Sep. I'm thinking whether to apply the one in TY or the one in TC. TY of course is more convenient to me but I'm afraid it is oversubcribed. So I was thinking whether it would be easier to get a spot in TC. But another concern of me is how many TC students can get an offer from ESF foundation primary school in the end. Any advice?

I think many. My daughter got offer from KJS for the 1st round. But personally I think the nearer the better for kids' kindergarten:)

Thank you for your advice. I was told that TY campus is not doing well this year (I mean getting offer from foundation primary in the first round). have you heard of that? Do you know the figure in TC campus?

'First round ' is meaningless under the new admission policy. You should take final admission rate as reference.

I have spoke to the principal in Tung Chung before, she confirmed all student will have primary school offer.

Esf is never trough train from esf kindergarten to esf primary. Otherwise, it won't require Applicants to attend their assessment Interview to get a spot.

If you are living in TY, even though you enroll TC campus, they will ask you to enroll TY campus instead. They will not consider your application unless TY campus is full. You can call TC campus to confirm. They are nice will tell you in details.

Apply TY first as TC would most likely still have spaces after you know you cannot get into TY. TC still have space now for Aug 2017/18 intake.

Being a K2 graduate from ESF TC this year, I can tell you that not all students got a spot in ESF primary/RC/DC though guarantee interview was offered. Cause I heard a few rejected cases.  Also, did she also count those who are on reserved/waiting list as an offer?  It may possible that the student ends up to have no placement at Aug.

Our experience is, at the very first begining of school, Ms. Sandra dare not to confirm we shall get a placement offer in ESF primary, she only said, due to priority interview for ESF TC in place, the possibility to get ESF primary offer is very high already.  In fact, some of the parents were requested to have a special meeting with teachers at Nov last year, due to English assessement test that conducted to the kids shown they were below standard.  Parents were advised to look for more back up plans due to those kids might not have any ESF primary offer.

ESF TC is still very young and it's location is far from city, the admission rate is comparatively low.  In addition, due to the new admission policy, to play save, more parents decided to buy NR which has higher priority over ESF kindie, TC's admission rate would be more low, to guarantee a primary placement could attract more students.  It may also be possible that their 2017-18 K1 in take is under a very serious examination, students are well qualified before entering their K1.  Above is just to share my personal point of view, you can disagree, but no attack, thanks.

Are you got the offer after interview yesterday?

Before I have asked there are school bus provided, some go to tsing yi mtr station, Kowloon mtr station etc , you can ask the adm of the school ...

Besides, are there any whatsapp group of the esf tung chung?
