請問澳洲 University of New South Wales 精算（Actuarial Studies) 難不難考入?

唔算難, 比醫科容易.
但多數學生會讀雙學位, 精算+商科呢個組合最多人選, 而且出路比較廣.

DSE Direct Entry 要 Best Five : 22 分 (計分方法), 如果DSE有讀 M1/M2 可和Core Maths 兩科DSE總分加埋除以2, 之後可加1分當係獨立一科分數處理, Direct Entry 係最安全入 Yr. 1。當然由 Foundation 入都可以, 但校內試分數要求較高, 一般係8, 精算要8.5。而在當地由High School 上要考公開試, ATAR成績係 93, 即係成績 top 7% 嘅學生。因為精算包含 M1/M2 數學範圍, 課程,Assignment, test, Exam 相當 chur, 精算有關科目是有 65/100 marks 先可exempt 專業試科目, 而一fail 正常無補考, 下年再讀 (精算科目一年只開班一次), 如果該科有 Part A, Part B 仲大劑, 因為要 Part A 合格先讀得 Part B, 正常每年都有16-20% 精算學生放棄或轉系, 諗清楚先報。

Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary
Education (HKDSE)
Entry requirements are based on the total
points achieved from the best 5 Category
A subjects. Category B and C subjects
are not considered.
Points for all subjects (except
Mathematics) are calculated on the basis
that 5**/5*=6, 5=5, 4=4, 3=3, 2=2 and
1=1.
Points for Compulsory Mathematics:
5**/5*=3, 5=2.5, 4=2, 3=1.5, 2=1 and
1=0.5.
Points for Extension Mathematics:
Points for Extension Mathematics will be
combined with points for Compulsory
Mathematics and considered as a single
subject when determining the best 5
Category A subjects.

想問呢間大學讀Education or Social work 好唔好

UNSW 最出名係法律，醫科，精算，會計，Computer Science, Civil Eng/Archi，其他普普通通。
