有冇邊間補習班會教得好。

In my opinion,it is not needed to attend tutorial class for that subject.History is not difficult . If u don't go out of topic, u can get high mark.

圖書館喺最好既補習社，尤其係歷史之類既文科。

I don't think history is an easy subject to do.

However, I do agree with you that tutorial class, in general, couldn't help students to get high mark in subjects like history, geography and literatures which are primarily based on memorization, or I should say "memorization before understanding".
