Just write the key information is fair enough!
the letter is addressing to SH principle
what is ur kids offered now and which one u wanna swap to.
and at the bottom of the letter u write your contact, ur name, signature & date.
be concise is ok!

11月K1面試月，can get good offers.
小一 interviews太難考，cover area too broad....間間好少少都幾千人報
K1 interviews 相對較易掌握. 值得去努力準備下

同時，我們明白作息及生活規律對孩兒的重要性，因此從小已很著重xx的生活規律，於入學報名至被取錄期間，我們更進一步加強這方面的教育，現時xx已養成早睡早起的習慣，並於早上學習普通話、參與幼兒體操班、學習生活常識及自理能力的遊戲班等。為配合現時良好的作息及生活規律，雖然校務處已多番解釋貴校的收生情況，懇請貴校能再一次慎重考慮我們的要求，並安排xx加入上午國際小組班(兩文三語)後補名單內，從而讓孩子繼續保持現時的早睡早起及早上學習的生活模式。除此之外，我們亦懇請貴校考慮於日後入讀幼兒班及低班時，轉至銅鑼灣校舍。

我地成功由 MK pm 轉去 LK am being waived the 1yr waiting time. 因為佢地 internally 出錯，當年我地根本冇選過 MK... 之後讀左一年LK 就收到 CWB 嘅 K1 offer
