How to compare HKU, Exeter and Warwick if study of Bachelor of Art

I would say HKU > Warwick > Exeter, all things considered.

HKU is best bang for the buck as it is much cheaper. I would stay in terms of the staff quality, there will not be much difference between them. There may be slight variation depends on the subject.

However, as it is quite easy to get into Warwick and Exeter through the route of doing A-level and foundation in UK (if you pay the money), it seems that HKU is more competitive.
