阿仔收到英國 HK Bank 的一封 individual tax residency self-certification 的信，他在country of tax residence 填了香港，而current residence address 就填了英國的地址。HKBank 回覆說他的 current residence address and jurisdiction of tax residence ate different. 請問有沒有人有經驗怎樣填呢？是否應該填香港的地址呢？

係咪依家讀大學？通常要填英國地址。

這個是OECD要求，目的打擊逃税，如英國HSBC見到客户申報tax residency在英國以外，会通過英國税局向所申報tax residency國家或地區提供客戶資料.如已跟法例報税就無問題。香港今年開始亦会跟OECD指引，開新户口一定要申報tax residency, 現有客戶逐步要申報
