Higher chance to get into its secondary school than SH.

since you have SHCSPS on hand, you just try the one you like the best and don't need to consider the chance.... if you didn't have the backup, you would need to consider the chance. 應博到盡！

Any IGCSE offered by St Stephen girls college ? How would you rate SPCS and St Stephen girls college if I plan to send my girl to overseas ?

SSGS is a government subsidised school. It won't offer IGCSE. If you aim at sending her abroad, SPC is a better choice.

IGCSE is not a certificate that can let your daughter promote to any University, it just any just as a reference when applying university
