You are required to pay the development fee only if you have got an offer.
My daughter is studying at kingston 2 years old class. Honestly, I like the school so much and my baby will stay for 3 years old class (k1) next year. The head and all other teachers are nice. There are one pth and one net as the class teachers, so the kids could only speak pth or eng during class. Other things you would like to know ?

因為只有pm offer , am 留哂俾playgroup 所以都考慮之一。
其次面試當日7成係內地人，比較擔心俾完咁貴學校，英文程度比普通話差。
請問你，英文/ 普通話 程度如何 ？

咁誇張！上年都只有三成。
最後學校學生也是大概三成。不過大部分好斯文有教養。

我地鍾意pm 呀！其實睇番小朋友習慣呀。你呢個問題其實係我上年的問題呀！以我地班，香港人主要，有幾個大陸人，不過都nice 呀！上星期西人老師同我講我囡係上堂同佢講英文，老師可以溝通到，仲有在家佢自己自然同我講英文，所以我完全無擔心英文。仲有之前完全0普通話，而家回家唱普通話歌！
加上我覺得中文基礎要好，kingston 相對其他國際學校中文好！所以我會繼續留呀

難唔難真係晤知呀，因為100k好多人卻步。有d人k1會轉去其他有中學的國際。不過我覺得中學太長遠，so far我覺得幾好呀！

基本上n 班佢地收新生是少於四十個位。我覺得chance of being accepted is small. 大部分位留左俾playgroup student .
不過難不難入不是選擇一間學校的理由。kingston 強項是中文，小班教學，一條龍。睇你對呢三項有幾concern .

本身上星期2 要iNterview , 點知打完針發燒無出席，點知學校好好叫我星期四再去in , 到今日收信，都好快有結果，你邊一日去呀？

當你選擇國際學校時，應該擔心小朋友不懂中文多於不懂英文。英文比中文容易。小朋友有得選擇時只會取易捨難。

I have the same experience as you. My case is that they turned down us down for playgroup and invited us again for nursery class interview ;And my kid got a spot finally .
Good luck to you . As per your case , it really depends on how many kids withdraw from school ; and there are always kids leaving for various reasons.

我以一個用家來分享較有說服力吧！首先我明白很多人未必把Kingston作為首選，可能不是一條龍（ICHK對很多人來說是太遠吧）。對我來說，「目前」是最重要，五，六年後很多時因為太多因素而改變我們家長心態！
說回正題，誠言內地人在學校有一定比例，但眼見他們是「高級內地人」的一群，守規矩，有禮貌，質素大可放心！問心香港四圍現在都是內地人，香港人，面對現實吧！
我比較留意教師流動性，這反映一間學校的行政架構，大多老師在Kingston 都教5-7年，証明老師都很愛這間學校！校長老師非常歡迎家長任何時候查詢學校事宜，學生受傷處理危機果斷及有系統（雖然只是普通皮外傷，小朋友玩耍一定有吧！）
一年6個Field Trip,學生非常enjoy從中學習！每日一篇中文寫字，正常10分鐘可以完成！鼓勵閲讀，這正是我想要的！
很多外籍老師，英文水平沒有落後於其他國際學校！反而我家小孩國語突飛猛進，在家説得很流利，不用花錢再出外面補習！
100Klevy覺得好肉痛，但要明白一間IB學校要求嚴格，每數年要review,老師每年要專業training,所有老師培訓有一定成本，希望家長明白。
佢哋IB行得好成熟，我唔想hard sell!
最喜歡每星期手冊有寫今個單元學什麼及學生上堂表現，家長可以多加了解！
如果硬要說有什麼缺點，只可以説規模不能如ESF那麼大。
每個家長要求不同，注重各方面比重也不一樣！你們可以自己權衡一下！我需要我小朋友開心學習，也注重中文，so far可以做到！

請問申請k1, 之前冇報playgroup, 機會很细嗎？如果有幸收，是否k1比一次50000, p1比一次10000?

其實俾得起錢的內地人子女, 好多都好叻的。英文可能比本地小孩更流利。他們资源豐富, 給小孩的都是很好的教育。现在跟以往是不同的了。
