小朋友年尾出世，cdnis, cais等學校的報名出生日期都是8月31日cut off, 那是否要推遲一年才可報名，要做大b? 謝謝。

我今胎是今年10月尾出世，2018年夠2歲讀N班，2017年要報名，面試時都未識行，都唔知有無學校收

It depends on how outgoing your baby is. My girl was born in Sept. When she attended the first interview, she only knew how to crawl. Her responses to the teachers were quite good and she got all offers for the schools she interviewed. Just apply first and see how it goes! Good luck!
