So in case that we want to change to international school later, as long as the English standard is good , it's not usually a problem ? In general ?

I think so, of course also depends on which IS you are looking for. If the competitive ones of course more difficult, just like local schools.

What means by later? In one years' time or a few years later. No one can say for sure as now the competition in IS are keener than years before . Have that said its will not be as easy as before. If you targeting IS at secondary level, it may be more promising given the kid has good English standard.
