The answer is Yes.

Most pn students are from Victoria playgroup and Artplus....or have elder Brother and Sister studying....

Artplus has a branch in Tsim Sha Tsui. They have a website that has more information

My daughter start attending when she was 8 months old. It was once a week an hour per class only. But then she turn to 1 year old and the program became 3 days a week, each class is arround 2 hours. But the time varies as they have a lot of different slot to change from, they have 12 different time slot for u to pick and rank. Imagine all these students competing the same PN space with you .

應該是數年前吧
舊年我Artsplus , 7個收左4個。仲要係細b班。
成績唔錯。
女女而家pn既同學，9成都有讀Artplus /或者有哥哥姐姐讀緊。

Sensory /art work/sing song and story telling circle time.yes I think the teachers are very 有愛心. 1 hour English 1 hour Cantonese. And they have a snack time which they provide the snack. Teach them to be discipline like line up/wash hands. Not a bad playgroup.

Yes but the English teacher is native English speaker. One hour lesson each so I would say equal? Chinese is Cantonese

Artsplus each class around 6 to max 8 students whilst Vic pg got 10 to max 12 students

U better check with the school
I also applied for vic playgroup when my daughter is one month old I got their playgroup offer when she turned 7 month

So I dun think it takes so long waiting time

you would get a much better chance if you join the class of Baby Bee
