Examples of PCLL conditional offers in 2016 found from the web :-

HKU PCLL:
HKU LLB - minimum law GPA of 3.2 and cGPA of 3.1
UK LLB - an average of 64%

CU PCLL:
UK LLB (top 30) - 2:1 with all modules passed

CityU PCLL:
CityU JD - credit (equivalent to CGPA 3.2)
UK LLB (near top ranking) - 2:1 with all core modules passed

Thanks for your sharing.
It was relatively easy to gain admission to PCLL 5 years ago. I recall that the offer to my son given in early June was a 2:1 LLB or a 2:2 LLB with an overall average mark of 58.. My son met the first condition.
