標題: 從此也不會再訂閱小小科學家 [打印本頁]

訂了12期的小小科學家,說好了1個半月會寄出一本, 但往往不能準時, 1個半月變了3個月, 每一期都是這樣, 每一都要打電話三催四請才能寄出,每一個職員都不知道書會那個時候到, 寄出的書也不會付足郵費, 我要到郵局付足郵費才能拿書. 上幾個星期又説29期出了,很快寄出, 當然到現在也收不到! 這間出版社是怎樣做生意的!!! 我之後絕不再訂閱任何這間公司的magazine!!!

其實呢到好多苦主, 我都係訂完無影, 叫N 次先唧牙膏式咁寄少少。我訂當期雜誌, 但佢畀過期雜誌, 根本違反商品說明。佢又唔係平, 用書局一樣價, 去書局買算把。

不過真係希望唔好再有人中伏, 佢嘅手法, 同騙徒無咩分別。真係要攪返個苦主大聯盟。

Can't agree more! We are also a subscriber. The subscription never arrive on time. I have to chase a few times for every single issue. It's so annoying and disappointing! It's also such a shame cause the magazine is good. It's just the service of the distributor is lousy!
Is the magazine available for sale at bookstore? May I ask which one?

My friend bought it from a HK bookstore, I forgot the name.
But there's another distributor in HK. They are responsible for those copies at bookstores. I think can call them to ask.

Yes, 我估要攪個「日X苦主大聯盟」, 睇下涉及金額有幾大條數, 再推上報先得。

Please count me in when you do! I'm so tired of calling and chasing them so many times a month just to get a copy of subscription that I've paid well in advance. Their phone is always busy and they never reply my email. So much time wasted on chasing.
Only if their Facebook page has a comment section, I would have put my feedback there to warn other people.

我連續定了四年，從來沒有核對過有沒有漏，經常都是一次收到很多期，我也打算停了！
