Hard to compare directly, if you think learning Chinese is very important then Kingston will be better, cos it teaches traditional chinese and got higher chinese levels. And its affiliated secondary school is in Sha Tau Kok. ESF depends on which area you are living in, those in Kowloon and NT will be very over subscribed and those in HKI might got higher chance.

I am applying for 2 year old class 17-18 for my daughter.
Are the kids at Kingston mostly from HK families?

I'm in playgroup.
Mainly from HK and 3 families from mainland China
as the mothers speak Mandarin.
