請問阿女九月讀year 13,但今次暑假考ielts未如理想想再報考，但最快時間己經開學。請問如向英國報考可行嗎？另她們申請大學是否11月便開始必須要附上IELTS ?

Just checked IDP in Hong Kong.
Still seats available on August 20 and 27!
(Not UKVI exam I think.)

You can take the exam anywhere.
Are you talking about applying to UK universities?
Check UCAS website for deadline.

For HK universities, check website of HK universities for non-Jupas deadlines.

可以等大學比左OFFER先再考都得, 期間仲有半年時間,應該足夠了。

其實唔一定要考IELTS, 只要IGCSE考得好, 都夠入U and non-Jupas 了

Different universities have different requirements.
The requirements might be different from last year (or may be the same).
So do not depend only on information from other people.
Check the requirements on each websites.
