想問一問，
小女如讀完F.2，
便往加拿大升學，
有冇ok好學校近Richmond個邊，
因有親友住Richmond,
可以方便照顧！
及一年學費連住宿多少錢？

Richmond 好多中國人, 但學校RANKING都唔差. 最好應該係Richmod Secondary School, 因有IB課程. 公校學費大約C$14,000/年

You had better check with the local education board.
I heard that even if whole family has canadian passport, if parents are not residing in canada (very common for hong kong canadians), children cannot enjoy free education for primary and secondary school.

yes, correct. Parents must accompany the kid in Canada and file income tax
