請問註册日需要帶定d錢買書同校服嗎？另外會有暑假預備班嗎？

帶定 cheque book，買PE 袋/學校襪等 (自由選擇購買)，另外係入家教會。校服/PE衫往年係維多利亞，但校服我自己出去金綸買。維多利亞只會買校呔/鐵校章和PE衫。

書要自己出去買，學校只派書單。

8月尾有幾日 bridging course，無話一定要上，但個個都會上。

運動服要幫趁供應商，夏：背心+短褲冬：背心+短褲 (另有抓毛長袖供自由購買)
校呔及鐵校章亦要幫趁供應商。

至於灰褲/恤衫/黑背心及黑冷衫，我就出去買，我覺得出面間料靚D, 隨你喜歡。

校褸冬天先至買，唔駛急，我都係幫趁金綸，有埋校章。

提多樣，波鞋顏色自由，唔駛全白，但著校服就唔可以著波鞋，一定要換返皮鞋。

Form 1 Registration Notice

Date: 9:00-12:30pm & 2:00-4:00pm, Thursday & Friday, 7-8 July, 2016
Venue: School Hall, LG2, La Salle College
The La Salle College Parent Teacher Association (LSCPTA) would like to remind parents to bring along the following items on Registration Day:

Student’s S1 Placement Slip issued by EDB
Student’s HKID Card
Parent’s bank book / account number (account holder needs to sign/pre-sign a Bank Direct Debit Authorization Form)
At least 2 signed cheques payable to “LSCPTA” (to submit fees for PTA membership & F.1 Summer Bridging Programme)
At least 2 recent student photographs (preferably in primary school uniform)
Cash for buying:
               1) PE uniform (summer PE uniform: HK$90, winter sweater: HK$125)
               2) School tie & badge (HK$36 / set)
               3) School uniform (shirts & trousers) (optional) (Cash deposit $100)
               4) PTA products (socks, bags, etc.) and other products (optional)
Please also note the following personal details will also be collected on Registration Days:

Weight (kg) and height (cm) of student
Email address of parents
Email address of student
Student’s achievement records in sports competition
