The price of ICC is subject to the price of ICN purchased and number of ICC that the parent has already bought.

What about if I have bought the ICN at $400k... So how much is the price of the 1st ICC? Thx a lot

Based on my understanding, it is 90% of the ICN value, ie 360k in this case.

Risk if you don't buy now is that they may not have any more ICNs left for sale, and you will be instead paying a non-refundable capital levy (est. $25k/yr or higher) each year.

They have made it clear there will be more students than ICNs issued. Of course, some will choose to not buy (employer will pay for capital levy, their kids only have a few years left at CAIS, and myriads of other reasons), but that choice is up to you. If you were looking to "wait" a year before purchasing, there is a chance it will backfire and will end up costing you in the form of a capital levy.
