Not necessary. I have a friend whose son has only HKSAR passport was admitted. But my friend had to pay a debenture (or whatever it is called) with a value of HK$100,000.

Did you actually check the actual situation of FIS? As per my understanding, the school Primary session (int'l stream) has a long waiting list... Ard 200-300 while they only has 50 students per grade. So, the waiting time is foreseeable.

FYI, should be HKD90k debenture if they got admitted. For Corp Debenture, the price is HKD$250k which need to wait for 1 year to enjoy the priority for interview.

I suppose I am the one who is asked. I did not check FIS website for the debenture details. All I told is what was told to me from my friend.
