請問公立預科書院 City and Islington College near london 成績和校風邊間較好 ?

Academically and 校風Westminster Academy is much better. It is near Paddington train station and Park Royal underground

Westminster Academy is a state school but its' six form accepts overseas students. Not the Westminster Boy School which is an independent school. I think you got mixed up.

Staying in central London is expensive. I would advise your friend to look at colleges at the outskirt or outside London.Such as Surrey College and Southgate College. They are in zone 5/6 areas of London.
