想自己可以有返d技能係身，主要目的都係平時可以幫到身邊人，
但係見紅十字會等等地方都長期有course，想問邊度讀性價比會高d？應該報邊種課程黎讀？

I think these first aid courses are very similar. Just choose the one that have the closest centre and with best time that suit you.

我仔報左st john's, 純粹因為地點及時間較配合，4曰full days program, 已上了2 天，大部分都系大學生剛考完試，亦有數個剛考完DSE, 佢話教得幾好！
