Yes, I handed in letter requesting change from pm to am when I accepted the offer.
Admin said they will let me know the result around May

I called the school yesterday and was advised that I will probably be invited for a 2nd visit (subject to the places remained) if I haven't received any notification from them yet, and if my application was declined, I should have received the rejection letter already.

Yet, I am not sure how those who pass the 2nd play visit be positioned when compared with applicants on the wait list though, or if this is equivalent to waitlist in substance. So, just want to see if there are any parents receiving notifications about wait list....

Is your kid small b? If second interveiw, chance is still there, maybe the kid is not in good mood on that day etc, if they think the English standard is too far behind, they will just send a reject letter.

My girl was actually a Jan baby. Personally thinking, her performance was over my expectation. We are a 100% local family and she answered and reacted to the teachers' questions/requests in Eng (though I worried she wouldn't respond or just in Cantonese). Yet, I doubt the teachers are not too sure if she can speak more Eng in phase or complete sentences (she can say simple ones indeed), as I picked Cantonese as her strongest language (which I don't want to lie) and her daily lives are not taken care by native Eng speakers, i.e. grand parents.

And I start to think it's my performance was not up to standard haha...

I think the teachers expected longer sentences/phrases instead of single words answer at this age. Also they expect to see some interaction in English between you and her, teacher and her instead of just answering simple English. If they asked you for second interview I think they are still consider recruiting you, because I knew some big B who received straight fail notice in the past.

Will try to drive my girl to speak much more if we do get a chance again. It may depend on whether there is anybody dropping the offer and our ranking on the 2nd visit list.
