請問有無人知道這2間中學,邊間會好D?
1) Willoughby Girls High
2) Cherrybrook Tech High School

兩間都好好, 在當地都好出名.

Cherrybrook Tech High School 男女校, 校舍又大又靚.

兩間都是公校, 校名就是地區名, 即 Willoughby 和 Cherrybrook , 都是北悉尼地區.

Cherrybrook 比較遠少少, 暫時冇火車到.

Willoughby 交通比較方便, 鄰近 Chatswood區華人聚居地, 有大型商場食店方便購物.

兩間中學7-10年級同樣設有精英班.

Hi I went to Cherrybrook Public School, lots of my peers went to Cherrybrook Tech or Pennant hills. I myself didn't but Cherrybrook Tech is a very good high school, it is a co-educational school with lots of staff support, as it is doing very well academically, it is NOT a selective high school, well neither is Willoughby Girl's actually. Both do very well. I would say for a more well-rounded education, Cherrybrook is co-ed and has a larger campus so it is better in that respect, I even have a family friend who teaches there. Cherrybrook is not close to any train stations at the moment, so most students either walk/bus or drive there. It is more suburbia like. I also went to Cherrybrook Tech to use the campus because my Saturday Chinese School classes were taught there. It is a nice campus!

That being said Willoughby girl's is a very good school academically and well resourced, it is in a quite a wealthy part of Sydney, near Chatswood. I had a friend who went to that school, she was well rounded, quieter but now in a good job etc etc. Willoughby is a smaller school with 147 in each year, so about 882 in total vs Cherrybrook at 2010. Cherrybrook Tech will offer a wider range of subjects as it is a Technology high school. Both schools offers a sports and music program, but I think Cherrybrook is stronger in that respect. It is a public high school so funding will never been that strong for music and sports. But PE is always a part of high school no matter what.

Personally I would my kids to go to a co-educational school so they know how to better socialise.

Also if you are not a AU citizen, you cannot go to Cherrybrook but you can go to Willoughby.

女兒是NZ citizen .現在香港year 10, year 11 考IGCSE.想問考這兩間公立學校難嗎？有什麼fulfil? 如沒有家人在當地是否要找home stay 及監䕶人？可以等出年出左igcse 後申請嗎year 12?

最遲 11班入讀, 12班唔會收新生.只要住在該區就可以申請入讀該校.
未夠18歲的學生, 必須入住 homestay 及找監護人.
