It is said on the official website
"Gluten Ease only reduces the symptoms of occasional gas and bloating of carbohydrate intake.
This product is not intended to replace a gluten-free diet for individuals with Celiac Disease."
If your child is on the GFCF diet as part of the Biomedical treatment including Chelation, it would not make a difference.
