諗住個女去加拿大讀10年級
安大略省好似太凍驚佢適應得辛苦
BC省溫哥華華人太多，個女主動同我講想去少D華人既地方。我當然覺得好😊👍
最後心儀維多利亞Victoria 同高貴林coquitlam
唔知各位對這兩個地方熟唔熟悉可不可以俾D意見
定有其他地方建議都okay

其實 Coquitlam 都成村華人
揸半個鐘就出到 Vancouver
冇乜大分別
大把人住 Coquitlam 日日出 downtown 返工
實際上好近

Victoria 就遠少少 isolate 少少
但而家都好多華人
除非真係去好偏遠嘅小鎮
否則BC就係多華人
就算第時考到 UBC，SFU
都係華人嘅世界

You really should think about university choices. Most higher ranked uni are on the east coast. What would your daughter target as major? Subject choice plays a great role in school choice.

My daughter also plan to go to victoria, bc for grade 10, perfer boarding school.
How about St Michael Universary School, GNS, Dwight school？

If you stay in small town close to the big cities of Vancouver and Toronto, there are also lots of Chinese speaking ppl (HK, southern China, Malaysian etc). I think it is unavoidable to have small chinese community in Canada now. If you want to go to the top tier universities in Cananda you will see all the chinese again.

We visited St. Michaels University School (SMUS) and our daughter attended G8 classes too. A very nice school, visit the school website and you will see a lot of video and information. www.smus.ca

Dwight school offers IB diploma.
