仔仔今個月尾就一歲，想apply St. catherine。但佢個web site 入唔到，有無知通常幾時開知申請？

last year 2015 we needed to send our child's BR copy and application fee to St. Catherine between Sept. 7th - 11th. (or 8th - 11th) in order to get an original application form to fill out.
start looking at its website in August.
