My daughter loves Tutor Time playgroup. She has been attending its playgroup since 15 months old. I found both the mandarin and English teachers to be excellent. As for Little Aristle, I have no experience, but I heard that their room is kind of limited. You can pay a visit to the school you prefer and then you will get to know much more.

my friend joined YCIS playgroup for 1 yr old and said it isn't good.
Her son has not learned much and the teachers are unable to grab the children's attention.
They have attended several months now and she is looking to switch to other places. The only reason she attended was for a better chance to kindergarten.

I also attended Tutortime for 5 months when my son was 1.3 years. I would choose TT over Aristle. Aristle is trying to aim at "parents" rather than students so their services for parents i.e discussing kinders etc make it seem like its a personalised service but I don't think its all that accurate anyway and they give the same list of kinders to all parents!
TT on the other hand, have more variety of activities and can surely allow the child to have exposure to different things. However I quit quickly because the teacher back then was always in a hurry and rushed to finish the activities which I didn't like. So this is one point you have to consider (they have back-to-back classes from 9 to 12 so the teachers are actually running around to diff classmates in order to start on time).
In the end I went to Ling Liang Kindergarten playgroup for 8 months and it was a very good one, caring, taking time for children to learn, good campus etc.

hi which Ling Liang Kindergarten playgroup did you go? Can you share more about the class duration, lunguage they used and the content? I am considering to joining their pg too. thanks a lot.

I think everything is good in tutor time besides the tuition fee. Decent environment, dedicated teachers, American-based curriculum, happy atmosphere.

Hi - I joined Ling Liang pg in Lai Chi Kok (a brand new campus, state of the art!).
Back then it was three times a week (1.5 hours/session). Now I saw it is twice a week. Language is all Cantonese. Learn about discipline and musical instruments are used in each lesson, also encourage children to say their name and thank-you (which actually works because they have patience to teach them). Also have diff activities to use their fine motor skills and also arts and crafts for the older toddlers. They divide into diff classes from 1-2 years old i.e 1-1.5 year and 1.5 years to 2 years, so that the activities will be suitable for their months.
