diff ppl have diff preference.

for the whole package tsl may have the best c/p ratio.

for a caring school with devoted love, krs will be the best.

if you are a catholic, and u look nowhere other than catholic school, tak ngai will be the pick.

for tt i met a krs graduate who is now studying spcc. he said his mum picked krs over tt cuz she felt his son deserved better. that 's their own wording. don't be sensitive!
