May i know how to prepare lunch box for a year 1 student? Can the food keep long till lunch time? What food can suggest and how you prepare daily in order to keep in good condition? Are kids eager to eat their own lunch box? It's really a headache to me, grateful if parents could share more, thank you!

Yes it's really a headache! I think only cold food can last till lunch time, kind of sushi and sandwiches...so I'd rather order lunch box from school, provided by Deli fresh. My gal is in SJS, not sure if QBS has hot lunch box or cafeteria

No cafe/ supplied lunch @QBS.
My boy used to bring Thermos food jar with hot rice or pasta for lunch.

Yes for sure.
I use the Thermos food jar. It is packed at 7:30am and I often don't have lunch till 2 pm. It is still very warm.
