有啲關於係港大轉系的問題想問問大家
1.請問如果想transfer有啲咩手續？
2.一般會考慮咩因素？
3.如果有自己系的推薦信但無想轉嗰個系的professor的推薦信，OK 嗎？
4.我自己要唔要約想轉嗰個系的head傾？因為我唔識佢

well i don't often hear transfer-of-major in HKU a lot...but quite a lot in CUHK. generally u need good GPA (3.3+ is safe I think), you should have good grades in the courses of the major you'd like to transfer to, letter of recommendations from professors in your original major/major you'd intend to transfer, and maybe a strong personal statement. normally there should be interview if they think u are okay with their standard.

4. is highly suggested because friends of mine had tried this and this can give the prof good impression/eagerness. but don't screw it up, first impression is important. good luck.
