想請問如在英國Year 12 讀Maths 和 Further Maths, 到Year 13 skip Further Maths, 可行嗎? 有沒有壞的影響? 大學會否不太喜歡收這樣的學生? 請指教.

可行，好多人都係G12讀4科，G13讀3-4科。可考AS further maths. 大學唔會覺得有問題。

都要睇您大學讀边科，可能有些科要求further maths.

除了睇想,讀那科系之外，也要睇大學要求，因不同大學就同一個科系的要求也不同，例如 econ, UCL 不一定要有 further maths 但 LSE 就一定要，所以必須睇清楚心儀大學到底要那科否則 drop 了就入不到。另若心儀top 10最好有 4科。

LSE econ 如果有4科A level, 都唔一定要有further maths.

是啊，一定是先選 Maths, 若再讀 aadditional modules in Maths, 可些才計 Further Maths

Thanks. 我女选了bio, chem and further maths，似乎应该take翻maths,但不知应该drop哪科好，她应付4科吃力，但又未确定大学读什么。Arts是否较容易拿到A？

Is she in lower or upper six? If lower, better take four subjects then drop to three subjects next year

Lower sixth. She finds both biology and chemistry with much vocabs, especially chem. She doesn't have enough time to do four subjects, but the further maths teacher likes her and doesn't want her to drop further maths.
