我小朋友仲瞓，5點瞓到7點
我知有d小朋友唔瞓，夜晚9點就瞓，個個小朋友唔同

視乎小朋友啦..有d 一返學就可以唔洗訓晏覺..有d 都仲可能要訓一陣...
同埋睇返你放學返屋企路程..如果坐校車..可能係校車訓左都唔出奇..唔坐校車可能返到屋企仲會訓一陣

My son 仲會訓晏覺~ depends on what time he woke up ^^"...if my son woke up 8am...he may take a nap around 12pm...otherwise he awake at 10am....then he may take a nap after school.... normally we will not allow him he sleep till to 6pm~~~~cos he late to go to bed....

My son wakes up at no later than 7am, nap from 10:15am to 11:15am, then lunch and goes to school. No nap after school, dinner at 6:15, sleeps at 8pm. This works for him so far.
