Think International Kinder (a bit old though)
Gar Sum (very very old and no open area)
Ling Liang Sau Tak (I joined their playgroup for 5 months, very good environment and staff but now quit as I think it is still too inconvenient to go from Mei Foo)
Elements International Kindergarten (newly opened, will change its name to Emilia. My son now attends their Starters 3 playgroup which is like PN. Great campus, all toys and books are new, caring teachers and the emphasis is on play, arts and science. Each day, children will have a session on sports, a session on arts/science and then story-telling. Don't expect they teach like traditional schools but is a good environment)

Really thx for your info ! I can't find this kindergarten on Internet. Do they have website? Seems only have Facebook.
Does this kindergarten has playgroup suitable for 14mth baby?

Please try calling them (although they will change the name to Emilia).

There are playgroups from 6-12 months and from 12-18 months I think.

FYI - the principal of this school was previously the program head for Yew Chung International Kinder and then a principal of Kau Yan on HK Island, so I have more confidence in the school under her leadership.

I recommend going so that you may look at the campus and toys/books inside.

This is not a traditional school type and I feel it uses the Yew Chung free-style play learning method. Previously, it held a talk and some parents asked when they start teaching writing etc and the principal stressed that their philosophy is taken from the Reggio Emilia teaching method which stresses play and arousing interest in arts and science.

FYI it has yet to be given a licence to run a Kinder. Now it runs playgroups.

Even my son's Starter's 3 is a "playgroup" although I feel it is already like PN.

樂沛兒比較新，在培正對面，今天去了open day。我報了pn因之前有用家分享孩子們很愛上學及滿意學習進度，而我也覺得新學校會較盡力及無咁介意收細b(我仔8月底出世),所以試下。簡介會及open day感覺不過不失，沒有戶外空間，但室內ok大，教材豐富包括letterland phonics,有net，local及普通話老師，曾提及小朋友可考Cambridge英文。open day後我有少少考慮該校是否不太適合比較自我，鍾意自由活動不太跟規矩的小朋友(如我仔)，這純粹是個別老師給我的感覺，有點以大人心態希望小朋友做到大人預設的目標而不是從小朋友角度出發滿足小朋友的探索。

I attended the talk yesterday and was impressed by what the headmistress said. I'm considering to enroll my gal to their starter play but it's a big commitment to pay for a 3-m program to start with. Still struggling to put her there or at a montessori program!
