The exam centre will provide the instruments, but it is the 考生 search & book the exam centre if he/she is not learning percussion in studio that will be the exam centre. Also, it is the 考生/exam centre 負責人 to escort the 考官 from his/her hotel to the exam centre.

I guess this arrangement has not been changed as boy got exam 3 or 4 years ago.
