My girl is a small b and i have settled her as a big girl in Victoria's PN. To my suprise, i got a call from HKPS asking if we are interested to enroll her in the K1 class in September as a small baby.. any suggestions?

Victoria. Because it has VSA for primary. And perfect to go either local or international for primary.

If I were you I would choose hkps to save time and money. HKPS is good in terms of language environment and all round development.

Victoria academic is a bit weaker

I would choose hkps, my son goes to their sister school and the curriculum is excellent. Costs less than Vic as well.
