What are you talking about?
Only the three sciences have new curriculum (first exam in 2016, first teaching in 2014). Most other subjects are still using older curriculum.

There are not that many IB school and not that many IB students in Hong Kong.
Usually students buy used books from alumni of their own school.
May be you can ask your child to see whether graduates from current year are sell old books.

Oh, I only have TOK and Bio but the publisher are not the same.
