去攞student visa時，見到有封信關於攞BPR, 裡面提到以下：

"If you are under 18 years old when collecting your BPR, you must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian who is collecting their BPR at the same time as you."

咁即係parent都要申請BPR? 點解要申請？唔係好明。

我女的visa是7月29日到期, 學校話俾封信及護照他們可以代取。我應該是屬於早的那批, 當時冇話邊個去取, 只是同意邊間郵局取
