The reason not necessary to 補習 is because the syllabus from school is by dynamic approach teaching.  Student not require to recite or memorize the text book contents, etc....

Most homework is by understanding and own expression on writing and open end question.

For example, English... no text book and teach in Guide reading, student require to read through the suggested reader and work out the worksheet during class or complete some parts at home.  Those worksheet are reflecting the writing style of the story book or rewrite the story ending on your won etc... no formal answer at all.

For Chinese, most reading comprehension is to have student to understand the meaning of the text instead of looking for the answer from text.

Most effective way of having kids to perform well in sshool is to read more Chines and English book as a habit and routine

Teacher not recommend student to 補習 and also not expect all student to have exact answers on their worksheet,  all by their own thought and creativity
