請教大家, 亞女在香港讀國際學校, 考AP試.
我應該會決定送佢去UK讀GRADE 12&13.
最近是否有關於英國升學的展覽嗎, 我見好多都是在1月.

另外, 請問大家, 如亞女在香港考AP,
是否入吾到UK 較好既大學?
亞女話, 好多好既UK 大學, 一定要考GCSE 或AL.

如讀大學, 一年學費大約多少?

因讀中學是約40萬左右.
我女有同學會返英國, 佢是有英國護照, 佢有講話, 可以放假去佢度/ 做監護人, 是否可以?
始搵佢做, 我是否自己搵學校, 定仍然可找AGENT, 如AA 果D.
因AGENT 是包埋監護人一條龍, 但好貴.

我是初步睇緊升學資料, 有望大家幫忙給一下意見.

太多問題可問agent，簡單英大學如醫學費+生活費差不多一樣，

經AGENT搵學校唔一定要幫襯佢既監護人，自己搵都得。

Sorry for being naive. What is AP exam?  Is it for entrance into US universities?

When do you intend to send your daughter to Y12 of UK schools? If you want her to go in.Sep 2016, you had better act now, since many top schools will have the entrance exam in Nov of the preceeding year.

You can get some idea of the schools by looking at the league tables, and then go to talk with some agents.  No need to wait for the exhibitions, as many top schools will mot join these exhibitions.  However please  note that many top schools also do not go through the agents to recruit students.

As for fees fior UK secindary schools, the fees also varies and  there are some boarding schools for which the school fees along is over HKD400,000.

If you go to agents to look for UK boarding schools, many of them will not charge you vecause they will get commission the schools.

Regarding guardian, you can still get your friend  to act as guardian, because agent will not act as guardian but can refer guardian companies to you, and the guardian companies will charge you separately.

定搵AGENT 申請好?
定2邊都做?

因見學校收費平好多.

I don't have the answer whether it would be better to apply to a school through Agent or directly by yourself, as Agent usually will be ablr to provide to parents some add-on service, but then the school will have to pay commission to the Agent.

However I have asked some schools whether they would prefer me to apply to them directly or through Agent, and some suggest me to appky directly, and some are fine with either.

me n my mum applied uk girls boarding school through agent, the name is academic asia, its the best agent in hk, many student can get into very top boarding school such as harrow school

moira house girls school, my y12 n y13 uk girls boarding school, one if the top 100 boarding school in the uk, moho is famous for its business n econ n accounting, its a selective school which offers very good esl english ielts n business english support for hk students, the campus is located near the sea side with beautiful environment, i love moho so much, the teachers in moho are very nice n supportive to their students, i study in the uk uni after my uk gce a level, i graduated with first hon
