我兩個小朋友申請左英國学校，現等緊 CAS。

大仔要轉另一学校，已比新校deposit , 要等他六月尾返，去入境處取一本新 HKSAR passbook (已申請，可以拎)，跟住 email 比新校申請, 才有新學校 CAS 。

二女已比 deposit , 要等學校 CAS。

我想問 :
1) 新的 visa 程序
2) 一個月，可以完成

如果出到CAS及資料整全，一個月絕對可申請到學生T4簽証。(提議先照肺，肺報告可保留6個月內申請T4簽証，不過要帶他們的passbook上去照肺)，現在申請學生簽証要比NHS收費，2015年4月6日開始，英國內政部正式實施了一項新政策：所有來自非歐洲經濟區(non-EEA)國家的公民凡申請英國簽證 (含工作、學習、探親類)超六個月者，均要在申請簽證的同時，繳納一項名為“醫療附加費”(Health Surcharge)的額外費用;繳費標準為學生每年150英鎊，其他人員每年200英鎊。(一年150鎊，睇你簽幾多年，如yrs9去至yrs11，即三年450鎊)，另外，從今年3月起，凡是在英國境外申請超過6個月簽證的申請人，仍將獲得一張紙質簽證，但是4月6號新的簽證政策規定，簽證一旦生效，申請人會收到一封確認函和一個允許在英國逗留30天的臨時簽證。抵達英國之後，10天之內到指定的郵局領取“BID(Biometric Identity Document生物指紋識別卡)”，逾期不取卡的，簽證將會作廢。就是現在申請新的英國簽證都是需要按手印，簽證也從紙簽證變成了一張ID卡，被稱作Biometric Residence Permit，這張卡會包含你的指紋及簽證信息。面簽是當天直接按手印照相片。在英國郵寄申請的話，收到申請表後UKBA會給你寄信讓你去附近可以按手印的地方，過程只需10分鐘。手印按完ID卡是不會當天給你的。如果你是在英國境內辦簽證卡，通過的話ID卡會寄到你家。
如果你是在英國以外辦的，那就來了之後去郵局取就好了。

係要入境後10日內取(Biometric Identity Document生物指紋識別卡)，及收到臨時簽証後30內要入境(網上係咁講)。我就未試過，因為小女在2014年9月出左3年T4學生簽證了，係在2015年4月後出T4先有上述規定及收每年150鎊的“醫療附加費”(Health Surcharge)的額外費用。

據悉，自4月6日開始，學生前往英國就讀6個月以上課程，都需要在網上申請簽證時就必須寫明自己預計出行到達英國的時間，英領會根據學生預計出發時間，提供對應時間的簽證起始日期，從起始日的30天內，學生必須到達英國。

例如學生預計自己是9月25日出發去英國，那簽證起始日就是9月25日，學生必須在10月25日前到英國。

如果學生在這30天內未能前往英國，該簽證就需要重新申請，這可能會導致學生延期出發，或者是沒法去。

因為英領與學校溝通過程中，學校可能會因為學生晚了出發，錯過課程開學日期，而取消對學生的錄取，學生就沒法再次申請簽證。

而學生到達英國後，必須10天內前往指定郵局領取生物信息卡。如果沒有在10天內領取，可能會面臨被罰款、取消簽證、縮短簽證有效期等情況。

特別提醒：一定要填對郵政編碼

學生一定要填對英國所在地的郵政編碼，以免搞錯郵局，大費周折才能取回生物信息卡。如果是不清楚自己學校所在地的郵編，可以諮詢留學機構或者學校。

另外，學生最好在30天期限的前半段時間到達英國，而不是拖到最後一天。因為萬一出現誤機等情況，未能在30天內到達以致無法入境。

係地方或城市號碼，在UK每個地址都有Post code，通常放在地址最後兩組英加數目字的組合。例如 Lancaster University
Bailrigg, Lancaster, United Kingdom. LA1 4YW 。咁(LA1 4YW)就係佢Post code了。
又例如：University of Cambridge, Cambridge CB2 1TN, UK。咁(CB2 1TN)就係佢的Post Code.

佢唔係要父母或監護人比相片，佢係要父母或監護人在小朋友的証件相sized的背面簽名，用作證明張相係申請人及近照，我十年前同大女簽visa仲麻煩，父母或監護人不能在相片上簽名做証明，要專業人士作證，仲要無親屬關係，例如：律師、醫生或公務員等，仲要填埋地址及電話。現在好好多了，有冇人簽都唔理。

in Hong Kong quite expensive to "Cool 牙", if you worked in governement sector, it needed to appointment for 3-4 years. I heard from my son's classmate who came from Hong Kong.

And now, we have to pay the health sub charges, of course, "Cool 牙" must the first treatment.....

first, see the dentist and say yes to cool牙"
second, tell the dental clinic I want to get the report
third, i paid $600-HKD for the report in government dental clinic.

I think the private dentist will be cheaper for the report.

多谢大家提點，我做 lulu 份on line application 選錯 type, 是一個大錯，經兩日靜思後，我決定 refund 和再申请一次。

亮燈份 list 好正，我再知，check list 要一同交嗎？

7 月6 日，照肺。

7 月7 日，攞肺 report.

為了不要太趕，同驗多幾日，核對文件，我改左7 月10 日，下午二時，上 leighton road 交文件。

in my case,...

billy 在香港有医生認為要 cool 牙，有香港學生成功 cool 牙，billy 問他，原东佢家人 email 在要求，我跟住照 email, 但學校要求 billy dental report.

我米用 600 大元出 dental report... email 学校，由申請至完成，大約兩年，現在 cool 緊，下個月去北愛再睇禾。

學校會安排学生去牙医診所排期和覆診。

我知道，眼科都一樣。但 billy 話 d 眼鏡好肉酸，likes harry porter feel..

小朋友要大膽問学長，就知有乜福利。

今年要收 health sub charge, 當要申請啦。

今日 7 月6 日，billy and lulu 到中区照肺，好彩網友提醒，及有 sms 提带相片，cas, passport...

填完表，照肺，見医生。

如果有肺片有問題，要上多三日驗痰，10 weeks 才驗肺，真比姑娘嚇死。

明天收 sms 等結果，帶 passport 取 result..

見左医生，她問了幾條問題，睇埋肺片，說應該無問題，放心曬，但要等英領專家看禾，我提她，10 号交文件比 leighton center, 明天應有 result... 不用擔心。

昨天網上申請了，付款醫療費港幣$4,760⋯⋯，以為搞掂，點知再按又要比$4千，簽證費，共8千幾。
