UCAS 最多可5選擇，如果未用盡 quota, 可除時再加。如果已用盡、就算有U rejected, 都唔可以再選。但如果所有大學都沒有 offer, 就另計。

不可以個過程係：
5間申請，等offer
如果2間或以上有offer, 就要選擇 first and second choice
如果完全沒有offer, 應該要去clearing
