讀hrm有咩出路?

Are you referring to Human Resource Management? I think the first question is if the person is interested in working with people. There are a lot of soft skills required.

我都有興趣想問，做human resources 的工作，是否要讀(take this as major)? 現時職場上，human resources 工作的competition 嚴重嗎？是否non bba 或not major in management 的人也可申請？

如果是初入行，不需要一定major HRM。現在的經濟環境不錯，看不見有太大競爭，但做唔做得耐係另外一回事。HR初入行都係主要做文件，資料處理等。但係始終工作會接觸到好多唔同background嘅人，EQ唔可以低。

Entry level position is usually below $20k per month, depending on the size of the organization and the industry.

For HR Generalist with 3-5 years of experience, the salary is around $30k in commerce, but $40K up in financial institutions.
