Wycliffe College and Abbots Bromely have offered a boarding place for Year 12 to mydaughter. I would like to have your advice before accepting theiroffer.

1.As I know that there is a lot of international students inWycliffe. Is there a lot of Chinese speaking. Then how about AbbotsBromely.

2.Which school has a higher academic A level result.

3.How about the students of both schools, are they good andbad

4.Which school can provide a better Pastoral care

Wycliffe college 我也是考慮當中，agent 資料20個香港人，電話中再問agent 説大約20個左右中國學生，今個星期六會見面再問清楚（我仔今年9月year 9)😬

I know there will be 24 students from China in Sep 2015. But I don't have the figures of students from HK.

There are around 5-6 in the sixth form. Some hong kong, some mainland china, but even from mainland china, they are Cantonese speaking. I work as a guardian there so I know better.

2.Which school has a higher academic A level result.

Wycliffe is about academic improvement. So if your daughter is not doing very well, she will massively improve her results in Wycliffe.

3.How about the students of both schools, are they good andbad

The student from Wycliffe are very good I must say. Obedient yet witty is the word I use to describe them.

[size=1.25em]4.Which school can provide a better Pastoral care
Wycliffe has a special staff just for travel arrangements. As long as you give them all the travel details, they will arrange transport for them. Also, the student can stay in school for exeats so one less worry

基本係倫敦或者英國南部我自己有2個細佬妹，都係boarding school, junior kings canterbury 讀緊
之後比人笑，話家姐做監護人真好，全部都可以照顧

Abbots Bromely School for girls 全校只有200人，2014年只有一位學生選修A -level subject 如果Business, History, Sociology, 這些科目通常都會有discussion, 咁少學生上堂，是否無咁好？

剛剛回來。今天見了agent ,佢都係答我中國和香港學生大約共40人左右，寄宿學生約300人。亞仔考Wycliffe 的入學卷，説大多是思考和推理的題目。😃

A-LEVEL 不用discussion 的所以人少沒有問題。最緊要你想讀他們肯開班。

如果想再做多點資料，你可以問學校每科的exam board 是那一間，之後自己看synallbus.

不過真的不用discussion 的。。

對呀!因為系佢地讀。好似我亞女， Wycliffe 和Abbots Bromley 都有offer 比佢，都未決定去邊間，已同佢分析兩間學校的情況，各有好處，要佢自己決定。
