I need to submit the deposit before March 9. I guess that's the reason they email the letter before mailing.

Probably yes .... Although we r still unclear about the debenture, will it be further increased? I have two boys.....

debenture現在是$250,000，之前有家長在網上說（相信也是真的）加到$400,000，即使所謂談判有結果，估計也不會原地踏步於$250,000吧？！有數得計..... 打個折，冇$400,000都要$300,000吧？！（純屬個人估計猜測）
