My daughter has got offer from Warwick and Bristol to study LLB in UK. She is likely to return to HK for career. Anybody in the legal field can offer advice as to which one is better for career prospect in HK?

Congratulation! Both colleges offer good LLB program to their students. My son told me that you need to obtain first class honor or at least high 2:1 in your LLB in order to be competitive in the upper market. IThe distinction between the two colleges is not too much so long as the LLB is first class or high 2:1 (average mark 65 or above).

Warwick is a more well-known school as it is older than Bristol and the international reputation and ranking is higher. Both are generally very good universities and as mentioned above, your daughter will need to get a 2:1 or above in order to be considered for PCLL in the future.

University of Bristol was set up in 1909 while Unicersity of Warwick was set up in 1965.
According to the Complete University Guide ranking for 2015: Bristol (11) , Warwick (21).

According to the Guardian ranking for 2015: Bristol (33), Warwick (19)

Thank you all for sharing. Will probably take Warwick as firm and Bristol as insurance if not successful into my favourite faculty in HK.
