Fee is not the main concern, my convern is which one can provide the good education/ increase the opportunity access to good primary.

think PN class heard from friend not bad, around 16 students per class. they really take good care for child, my friend said if not they got offer from dragon kindergarten they will stay for K1.
i also talked to a mom that met on bus .. she said think is good and child is happy, that's why they stay for Pn and K1 even they live on the HK island side, mommy take him to school everyday by bus ....
but think's fee i think is a bit more or close to harts
