I know there are lots of good schools in Net 12, i m really struggling on my son's form now. Just wondering if anyone in the same area can share their experience and kind advise. Many thanks!

If I wanna play safe, Put your most preferable school as first choice, then put 2nd tier school as 2nd choice, that's it.

華上, 華下, 聖若瑟, 軒官 are all very popular, and i cannot choose 瑪利曼, 聖雅各 & St Paul's since these girl school, seems i dont have many choices left. Anyone facing same dilemma?

Thanks vm catcc2000. i want to play safe ah, but since not many schools left for me to choose, is there a possibility that they don't have enough space in Net 12 and arrange space form other area?

其實男又好女又好, 只能搏一間, 第2間已經要保守, 舊年寶血乙2都入唔晒, 李賜豪第3都入唔晒, 如果無plan B真係要小心行事, 擺寶血2李賜豪3已經係冒險

誇區問題, 唔會啦, 你都見到張學校LIST, 有幾間寫明可以再加學位, 即係多多都食得落, 既然12網都有足夠學額, 駛咩派第2區呢

The reality is the Primary School Allocation is a lucky draw, no matter how many schools you like, you can only select ONE and put it as your first choice.

The 2nd choice can only choose from the rest that you did not mentioned, such as Precious Blood, TWGL Li Chi Ho, else you will only allocated to the schools those are not preferred by most of the HK parents.

Thanks so much for all you kind suggestions. Yes, seems like i have to make sure to have a plan b for 乙2 and 乙3, otherwise would be a disaster.....i dont think i m that lucky to got my first choice which i m going to go for my most preferred school...

Thanks hkpapa852. very kind of you. From your experience, which school provides better mandarin class or mandarin speaking environment? My son is in KCS now, so he's used to teachers speaking mandarin. Dont want him to forget all about it after going to Primary. i read thru this site => https://sites.google.com/site/hklangstudies/ which gives me some general ideas, but wondering if can get more details from existing parents. thanks vm!

I only know HRGPS (軒小) and St James are not keen in teaching Mandarin, they only have 1 Mandarin class start from P.2 (Using Mandarin to teach Chinese instead of Cantonese), other classes just have 1 Mandarin lesson every week.
